There's no single best brand. The right tire depends on your vehicle, how you drive and the season. For Minnesota winters we put a premium on cold-weather traction, and brands like Nexen and Kumho both build strong winter and all-weather options. Tell us how you drive and we'll recommend a shortlist.
Tread life varies more by model than by brand. A touring tire from any of the brands we carry will usually outlast an aggressive all-terrain. Compare the treadwear rating on the tires you're considering, and we'll point you to long-wearing options in your size.
